Freedom of Association and Industrial Relations (F.A.I.R.) Dialogue

Launched by VF in FY23, in partnership with Better Work Bangladesh, Better Factories Cambodia, and Quizrr, the F.A.I.R. Dialogue program helps workers and management build stronger dialogue and awareness of freedom of association. In FY26, the program continued at 15 supplier facilities across Bangladesh, Cambodia and El Salvador, reaching 39,861 participants.

S.A.F.E. Together

Launched in FY23 through a partnership between Quizrr and Change Associates, S.A.F.E. Together helps eradicate gender-based violence and harassment (GBVH) in VF's supply chain. In FY26, the program expanded into Indonesia, and 2,520 individuals in Bangladesh participated — resulting in a 12% increase in knowledge performance for the Workplace Gender Protection module.
