Scaling Training Across Türkiye's Supply Chain

Together, training was implemented with 21 suppliers across 44 factories in Türkiye, reaching more than 6,000 employees through programs focused on:

• Ethical Employment
• Equality, Safety and Respect
• Effective Grievance Mechanisms

Digital Learning Designed for Real-World Impact

The digital training combines learning modules with interactive training to strengthen understanding of rights and support improved working conditions.

Measuring the Results

The results also highlight the impact of this approach:

• 98% of participants said they learned something new
• 99% said they would apply what they learned
• 99% said they intended to share the knowledge with family and friends
• 59% of participants were women

Beyond the Factory Floor

These results reflect how capacity-building at factory level can contribute to stronger human rights awareness — with impact extending beyond the workplace.
