Building on Progress in Wage Management

The report also highlights a two-year Wage Management Systems (WMS) pilot that Target implemented across 11 supplier factories in three countries, in collaboration with H&M Group and Impactt.

The pilot showed strong engagement and gradual progress in strengthening wage practices and factory performance.

Building on these learnings, Quizrr is now helping take the work further by developing standardized e-learning modules that make wage management training more accessible and scalable, while strengthening supplier capabilities as the initiative expands to additional brand partners.
