Investing in supply chain capacity building supports Mango’s commitment to sustainability and human rights. The training helps workers understand their rights, creates a safer and fairer work environment and fosters trust and collaboration with business partners.

Through Quizrr’s interactive platform, workers will access training on responsible recruitment, equality, safety, respect, and grievance mechanisms. Real-time data allows Mango to track progress, address risks proactively, and reinforce long-term change.
