VF, in partnership with Quizrr and the ILO, advances responsible supply chains through four key programs. F.A.I.R. Dialogue promotes constructive social dialogue between workers and managers, S.A.F.E. Together tackles gender-based violence and harassment, Financial Literacy for Migrant Workers equips workers in Jordan and Taiwan with essential money-management skills, and Your Voice Matters supports responsible recruitment while amplifying worker feedback across supplier facilities.

Here’s a closer look at each program:

• Freedom of Association and Industrial Relations (F.A.I.R.) Dialogue — launched by VF in FY23, in partnership with the ILO’s Better Work Bangladesh, Better Factories Cambodia, and Quizrr. The program trains workers and managers to create environments conducive to constructive social dialogue.
• S.A.F.E. Together — designed to eradicate gender-based violence and harassment (GBVH) in VF’s extended supply chain. The program builds worker awareness and supports facilities to establish mechanisms to prevent and address harassment.
• Financial Literacy for Migrant Workers in Jordan and Taiwan, providing localized digital training to help workers manage personal finances and strengthen long-term resilience.
• Your Voice Matters — VF continued this program in FY25, with 49 supplier facilities participating since its launch in FY22. In FY25, it focused on the top destinations for international migrant workers, supporting responsible recruitment practices.
