Voice From the Field
Who are the people behind the coffee we drink every day? What do they have to say about our training?

Earlier this year in Chiapas and Veracruz, Mexico, Quizrr and our partner Rainforest Alliance rolled out training for coffee farmers on grievance mechanisms as part of our project to embed worker-led approaches to human rights due diligence (HRDD) across agricultural supply chains in India and Mexico. This work is made possible thanks to a grant from the ISEAL Innovations Fund, which is supported by SECO Economic Cooperation and Development.
To ensure accessibility, the training is also available in indigenous languages such as Tzotzil and Nahuatl – ensuring more workers can access and benefit from this vital information.
In this video, hear directly from the workers: their experiences, their voices, and the lessons they’ve shared.
