The event underscored the urgency of addressing labor migration challenges in Thai supply chains, where over three million registered migrant workers play a critical role in economic growth but remain vulnerable to exploitation.

With interactive workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions, participants explored actionable HRDD strategies to ensure ethical recruitment, mitigate risks of forced labor, and align with international regulations like the EU Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive. Practical insights highlighted the importance of collaboration, with stakeholders such as suppliers, governments, and migrant workers themselves contributing to more inclusive, responsible practices.

The dialogue reinforced Thailand's position as a regional leader in HRDD, emphasizing the need for continuous engagement, transparency, and innovation to build resilient supply chains that respect workers' rights and drive sustainable growth.
