During 2022 we have entered 8 new markets, reached over 150,000 people, moved into new parts of the global value chain – also scaling human rights awareness in the logistics and janitorial services sector.

Human rights are universal, and needs addressing closer to home than you think. The janitor who cleans your favorite store, or the friendly gig worker who delivers your takeaway are all more likely to be exploited or find themselves marginalized due to poor recruitment practices or governance.

There are nearly 170 million foreign workers globally, according to IOM - UN Migration latest numbers. Migrant workers play a vital role in the labor force, making up an estimated five per cent of today’s global workforce. They are also unfortunately three times more likely to end up in forced labor compared to non-migrant workers.
