Responsible Sourcing at Scale
"The data collected through Quizrr informs our strategies for respecting migrant worker rights, freedom of association, preventing sexual harassment, and measuring our impacts."

Forced Labor & Responsible Recruitment
Migrant labor, seasonal crews, and agency recruitment across farms, co-packers, and processing plants create exposure to recruitment fees, debt bondage, and deceptive hiring. Quizrr trains workers, managers, and labor agents at the source — before issues become incidents.

Working Hours & Wage Compliance
Seasonal peaks and promotional cycles consistently surface challenges around overtime, rest periods, and piece-rate pay. Quizrr equips workers and managers with the knowledge to recognize and respond to these challenges — consistently and at scale.

Workplace Safety & Gender-Based Violence
A predominantly female workforce in food processing and packing faces persistent risks from machinery hazards, harassment, and discrimination. Quizrr builds the awareness and grievance literacy workers and managers need to prevent harm — and respond effectively when it occurs.
Why Quizrr
Built for the realities of fashion and apparel supply chains
Demonstrating responsible sourcing beyond tier one is no longer just good practice — regulators, investors, and customers increasingly require it.
Quizrr combines supply chain training and real-time data to help FMCG brands identify risks early and act before they escalate — reaching workforces with harmonized content based on global regulations, and adapted to local operating conditions.

Quick supplier onboarding & deployment Training can be deployed digitally across your supplier base — fast and frictionless, at any scale.
Turn training into supply chain intelligence Every session feeds into the Quizrr dashboard, giving sustainability and procurement teams real-time visibility into workforce risk across the full value chain — so issues surface early, not in audits or headlines. Early risk indicators allow teams to intervene with targeted training the moment challenges emerge — turning training data into a proactive risk mitigation tool.
Programs built around ICT risk We continuously develop new programs tailored to the specific risks and regulatory requirements of ICT supply chains — so your training stays ahead of what the industry demands.
Case Studies

How Training Is Reshaping Gender Equity on Indonesia's Factory Floors
An independent third-party evaluation of Quizrr's digital training in Indonesia measured real shifts in worker and manager knowledge, behavior, and workplace policy — across three suppliers and 73 participating workers and managers. Phase 1 used focus groups, interviews, and observations to surface initial insights; Phase 2 confirmed and deepened these findings at two of the suppliers. Here's what the data shows.
Shifting Gender Norms & Task Distribution
Training made traditional gender roles on the factory floor more visible, encouraging men and women to take on a wider range of tasks. Workers reported greater flexibility, stronger skills development, and more confidence pursuing roles based on ability rather than gender — reducing task-based segregation and building a more adaptable, resilient workforce.
Respectful Workplace Behavior
Employees reported greater awareness of respectful interactions and personal boundaries, with reduced cross-gender joking, physical contact, and informal language. More mindful communication and stronger peer accountability are lowering the risk of harassment incidents and reinforcing a safer day-to-day workplace culture.
Stronger Policies & Reporting Processes
Training increased worker and manager awareness of workplace policies on gender equality and harassment, helping both groups better understand their rights and responsibilities. The result: clearer reporting pathways and more consistent policy application — strengthening grievance mechanisms and audit readiness across supplier sites.

Scaling Worker Voice and Protection Across the Supply Chain with VF Corp
Through a long-standing partnership with VF Corporation, Quizrr has expanded worker voice, freedom of association, and protection against gender-based violence across the extended apparel supply chain — strengthening compliance and resilience in Bangladesh, Cambodia, Jordan, Taiwan, and beyond. Here’s how we do it.
Freedom of Association and Social Dialogue
Through the F.A.I.R. Dialogue program — launched with the ILO’s Better Work Bangladesh and Better Factories Cambodia — Quizrr trains workers and managers to create environments conducive to constructive social dialogue, building the foundation for stronger worker representation and effective grievance resolution.
Targeted Programs for Vulnerable Workers
The S.A.F.E. Together program addresses gender-based violence and harassment, while localized Financial Literacy training in Jordan and Taiwan helps migrant workers build long-term resilience. Each program is adapted to language, cultural context, and the specific risks workers face.
Responsible Recruitment at Scale
Through the Your Voice Matters program, active across 49 supplier facilities since FY22, Quizrr supports responsible recruitment in the top destinations for international migrant workers — reducing forced labor risk and strengthening compliance across high-risk sourcing corridors.
