Standard Support Policy
1) Availability target
Quizrr aims to ensure Solution availability with least 99% uptime on a monthly basis, excluding planned maintenance and factors outside Quizrr’s control. This is a nonbinding target and not a guarantee. No service credits or other remedies apply in the event that this target is not met.
2) Planned maintenance
Quizrr may perform maintenance and updates periodically. Efforts will be made to:
1. Schedule maintenance during low-traffic hours.
2. Provide at least 48 hours’ notice for planned downtime when feasible.
3) Unplanned downtime
Quizrr may need to perform emergency maintenance (e.g., for security reasons) without prior notice. Quizrr will work to restore service as quickly as reasonably possible.
4) Support and response time targets
Quizrr provides support during standard business hours in the countries where it operates, including (but not limited to) Sweden, Mexico, Thailand, India, Bangladesh, and China.
While support response times may vary depending on time zone and issue severity, Quizrr aims to respond promptly during these working hours according to the following targets:
1. High priority issues, within 1 business day; Solution not accessible or critical functionality broken.
- Medium priority issues, within 3 business days; Degraded performance or noncritical issue.
- Low priority issues, within 5 business days; Minor issues, questions, or feedback.
The response refers to Quizrr acknowledging receipt of the request and, where applicable, providing an initial assessment or request for further information. It does not indicate resolution of the issue.
Support inquiries can be submitted via the support portal.
5) Customer responsibilities
To help ensure effective service and support, the Customer is expected to:
- Use up-to-date browsers and supported devices.
- Report issues with sufficient detail to support troubleshooting.
- Designate a point of contact for operational communication.
6) No warranty of support
This standard support policy outlines intended service levels and should not be interpreted as a formal service level agreement or guarantee. Quizrr does not provide service credits or other financial remedies in relation to interruptions or delays.
