Our Strategy

Participating in this program will allow your entire workforce to benefit from comprehensive capacity-building and digital training interventions. We firmly believe that this program will improve workplace dialogue among workplaces, foster long-term behavioral change, and promote supply chain responsibility beyond compliance. Our goal is to build an engaged workforce that can drive sustainable improvements across the supply chain, ensuring long-lasting positive impacts. 

Program Overview

The trainings are specifically designed for workers and management level at all levels, with training content tailored and adapted to your country's context and labor standards. You will take multiple programs within the scope of this project, if you are unsure which ones, please reach out to your contact at LRQA or DIWA.

Ethical Employment

The Ethical Employment training aims to eliminate forced labor in supply chains worldwide, focusing on awareness, ethical recruitment, and employment, with a special emphasis on migrant workers.

Equality, Safety and Respect

The Equality, Safety, and Respect training is designed to promote an equal and respectful workplace in global supply chains and beyond with knowledge and access to female (and male role models, leadership skills, digital literacy, equal opportunity, and more).

Child Labor Prevention and Remediation

The Child Labor Prevention and Remediation training, developed with The Centre, helps to positively impact the lives of children and families by reinforcing children's rights and supplying companies with tools to mitigate the risk of child labor in their value chains. 

Grievance & Dialogue in Agriculture

The Grievance & Dialogue in Agriculture program aims to educate workers on the concept of grievances, how to properly report them, and what to expect after a grievance is filed. It also covers the role of committees in investigating grievances and emphasizes the importance of preventing and addressing current and potential workplace issues.

The Quizrr Training

Quizrr offers an engaging learning experience through interactive digital content, games, live-action videos, and quiz questions in local languages. It provides an enjoyable and efficient way to educate workers on their basic rights and responsibilities. With Quizrr, you can easily train your workforce, monitor progress on the online dashboard, and foster stronger engagement with your workers.

The Quizrr Dashboard gives you real-time access to training data across your sites—track progress, identify risk areas, and gain actionable insights to strengthen compliance and drive impact from the ground up.

Quizrr in Action

Ensuring Successful Deployment 

Implement the Quizrr digital training in five easy steps for a successful learning journey.

1. Create an implementation team 

Put together a team of dedicated managers and employees who will be program champions! Explain the goals and benefits of the program and empower them to share the information (key dates, how to participate) with their colleagues. Check in with them periodically and support them in their efforts.

2. Attend the Supplier Onboarding Webinar 

The Onboarding Webinars will be hosted by your Implementation Partner. Please join these to understand how the training will work, what types of results you might expect, and how to engage and empower your workers to share their voice!

3. Complete pre-deployment activities 

Keep key dates top of mind and promote the training in the days leading up to the launch. Share the key messages of participation: it is free and anonymous! Remember to encourage workers to participate early so we can meet our participation targets!   

4. Set training plans to meet targets  

Your Implementation Partner will support your implementation team by developing a training plan to ensure you meet your training targets in a timely manner without jeopardizing your production targets. Please follow the training plan closely to ensure everyone will have access to the training. Make sure to complete manager training before starting with worker training to ensure that management understands the training strategy and content.

5. Be transparent, participate in regular touch bases and follow up through dashboards 

Access the Quizrr dashboard to check in with your participation rate and training results. Be transparent and upfront when anticipating any challenges and flag them during the regular touch base with your Implementation Partner.

FAQ for Training Participants

Anonymous collective training data is uploaded to the Quizrr online dashboard, available for Unilever to use to understand trends and patterns from the digital training.

Not your individual results. Your privacy is protected and all personal data is anonymized. All training results are saved only on a collective level, where no individual results can be identified.

Please answer all questions in the training based on your understanding  – it is not a test. Quizrr is a digital training, not an audit.

No, there is an option to break a training down into the amount of modules available. However, we highly recommend completing one training program in one session. If you are taking more than one training, these trainings can be taken separately.

Yes, the goal is to train 100% of the workforce, including all mangers, supervisors, and workers.

Yes, under “Your Organization” in the Dashboard, you will be able to see the training status linked to the employee ID.

In total each employee will need around 1 1/2 to 2 hours (45 minutes - 1 hour per program) to train on both of the training programs (Ethical Employment & Equality, Safety and Respect).

If employees train in groups, they will each separately have to enter their individual information before the training starts. Together they will discuss the option that they think is correct and select it. The performance of the group will count for all individuals participating.
