The last-mile delivery industry is facing significant social and environmental challenges. As demand for faster, more convenient deliveries grows, the industry must address issues related to worker conditions, sustainability, and operational efficiency to remain competitive while meeting ethical and environmental responsibilities. 

Together, Quizrr and Airmee partnered to develop and launch a dedicated program for the Last Mile industry. This initiative aims to educate carriers and drivers about their rights, responsibilities, and opportunities, empowering them to positively impact the industry while fostering a more sustainable and fair working environment in the Nordics.

Following a successful pilot, the program is now being rolled out to all drivers delivering with Airmee, with plans to expand to more carriers across the Nordics in the next phase.

The Code of Conduct training program is designed to enhance a respectful and fair work environment that is safe and inclusive. It was created to support all companies with a Supplier Code of Conduct in educating value chain stakeholders (such as management and workers across the value chain) on how to uphold this expectation, as well as how to obtain the rights set out under them. The digital training modules can be conveniently accessed via tablets, desktops, and smartphones.
