Sartorius Digital Training Program

Our Strategy

As a signatory of the United Nations Global Compact and acting in accordance with European regulations, we aim to identify, prevent or mitigate adverse impacts that our business may have on the environment, society and human rights.

Program Overview

This program is specifically designed for workers and management level at all levels, with training content tailored and adapted to your country's context and labor standards, covering topics such as Ethical Employment, Workplace Policies, Workplace Dialogue, Social Compliance, Occupational Safety and Health, and Equality, Safety, and Respect (in progress). Depending on where you are located in, Sartorius partners with Quizrr to finalize the training topics for each country's markets before program implementation every year.

The digital training modules can be conveniently accessed via tablets, desktops, and smartphones (offline or online).

The Quizrr Training

Quizrr offers an engaging learning experience through interactive digital content, games, live-action videos, and quiz questions in local languages. It provides an enjoyable and efficient way to educate workers on their basic rights and responsibilities. With Quizrr, you can easily train your workforce, monitor progress on the online dashboard, and foster stronger engagement with your workers.

The training program is available in multiple languages, consisting of short videos, followed by a quiz. The programs consists of 3-4 modules, aiming to provide you with useful knowledge on key topics such as workplace dialogue and worker engagement.

Quizrr's platform is designed for easy and scalable access, whenever it fits your organization.

The quiz is not a test, but part of the learning process, and your answers are entirely confidential. Please answer the questions to the best of your ability.

Quizrr in Action

Project Milestones

We are hoping this training will benefit and empower our suppliers across different countries. First step is to schedule a kick-off meeting.

Item 0

Once the kick-off meeting is completed, Quizrr Team will engage with you directly to get the factory information needed for registration and dashboard set up, and confirm the tablets purchase, if needed. The Team will also assist you to formulate training plans with actionable schedules to complete all training modules on time as agreed by Sartorius, as well as offering remote support if you have any questions related to training app installation, and the training itself.

Item 1

During FY24, we would like to gather more insights into your training needs to ensure the implementation of the most suitable training modules at your facility in future. To achieve this, Quizrr will be conducting a training diagnostic tool in tandem with the training program. The purpose of this tool is to understand the general perception of your workers on various focus areas, such as Recruitment Practices, Workplace Policies, Workplace Dialogue, Occupational Health & Safety, and Gender Equality, as well as to assess their basic knowledge level.

As part of the training program, we request each trainee to complete a baseline survey. This survey aims to assess their current level of knowledge on each training topic. This evaluation process allows us to effectively benchmark the progress and impact of the training on their knowledge and understanding.

Item 3

The average training time per trainee will be 45-60 minutes, and you can complete the training via smartphones, desktops, and tablets, yet we strongly recommended facilities to complete via tablets as we have seen a higher efficiency completing in groups versus individuals. Quizrr team will be reaching out to participating factories individually to devise a training plan. At least 85% of the workforce – both worker and management level - are required to complete the trainings as per the training plan, and factory management team will be given access to the Quizrr dashboard to view aggregated training data, progress, and results to gain insights on improvement areas.

Ensuring Successful Deployment

Implement the Quizrr digital training in five easy steps for a successful learning journey.

1. Create an implementation team

Put together a team of dedicated managers and employees who will be programme champions! Explain the goals and benefits of the programme and empower them to share the information (key dates, how to participate) with their colleagues. Check in with them periodically and support them in their efforts.

2. Attend onboarding sessions

Onboarding sessions will be hosted by Quizrr. Please join these to understand how the survey and training will work, what types of results you might expect, and how to engage and empower your workers to share their voice!

3. Complete pre-deployment activities

Keep key dates top of mind and promote the surveys and training in the days leading up to the launch. Share the key messages of participation: it is free and anonymous! Remember to encourage workers to participate early so we can meet our participation targets!

4. Set training plans to meet targets

Quizrr will support your implementation team with developing a training plan to ensure you meet your training targets in a timely manner without jeopardising your production targets. Please follow the training plan closely to ensure everyone will have access to the training.

5. Be transparent, participate in regular touch bases and follow-up through dashboards

Access the Quizrr dashboard to check in with your participation rate and review employee survey responses and training results. Be transparent and upfront when anticipating any challenges and flag them during the regular touch base with Sartorius & Quizrr Team.
