About the Programme

In 2022, Brand A joined Quizrr's global CSR training platform to deliver a pilot programme to selected suppliers and licensing manufacturers.

Quizrr is a fun digital training tool working directly with workers and site managers to equip everyone with the skills and knowledge about their rights and responsibilities, health and safety concerns, ethical employment issues and other key topics. The pilot marked the first time the BRAND A has trained workers directly in our supply chain on Responsible Business Principles (RBP) related topics.

Aims of the programme:

  • To help develop a stable and resilient supply chain together with our suppliers and partners
  • To support our suppliers/partners to fulfil their contractual obligation to implement our Responsible Business Principles (RBP)
  • To empower factories in managing their own performance, to improve awareness, knowledge and working conditions throughout the supply chain.

You’ll be the first to experience these pilot trainings and you will help us decide if they make a positive impact on our supply chain and on your workers.

Suppliers are invited to join group introductory sessions hosted by Quizrr to understand how the training will work, what results you may expect and how to engage and empower your workers.

For licensing partners and manufacturing sites, we’ll host individual onboarding sessions for each licensing manufacturing site, where licensing partners are able to join if they’d like.

Quizrr will send an agreement to each site by email for signing

Individual site calls will be held to help prepare for implementing the training programme in the best possible way.

Each site will understand how to use the dashboard to track progress, and how best to empower workers to engage with the process.

Hardware set-up involves 1-2-1 support with Quizrr to ensure suppliers have the hardware and platform set up and are adequately onboarded to use them.

Now each site is ready to train!

Quizrr will support sites to track progress and review training performance and results.

Ensuring Successful Deployment

Implement Quizrr in 3 easy steps

1. Create an implementation team

Put together a dedicated team of managers and employees who will be training champions!

2. Communicate & encourage

Explain the goals and benefits of the training programme, and empower your implementation team to share the information (key dates, how to participate) with their colleagues.

Check-in with your team periodically and support them in their efforts. Remember to encourage employees to participate!

3. Engage and follow-up through dashboards

Access the Quizrr dashboard to check your participation rate and review employee survey responses and training results.
