Service providers and janitorial technicians will all participate in the training and learn about their rights and responsibilities during the hiring process as well as on the job. The training includes modules on Recruitment Practices, Workplace Policies and Workplace Dialogue. The training is available to all employees – from management to janitorial technicians.

Janitorial technicians receive the full Quizrr digital training in their own language.

Additionally, managers and supervisors at the service providers also participate in the Quizrr training.

Janitorial technicians and service providers will participate in yearly refresher trainings to sustain and continue to build knowledge.

The relatable and interactive training, with live-action dramas and animations based on local culture and settings paired with quiz questions, effectively captures the interest of worker while conveying a sense of reality. Trainings can be conducted individually on smartphones or in small groups (up to five people) on tablets.
