About the Training
With Labor Agencies
Labor agencies, including recruiters and brokers, are provided with a digital training tool that increases awareness on responsible recruitment based on Apple’s Code of Conduct and Supplier Standards as well as global labor standards (ILO Core Conventions, IOM guidelines, etc.). Both prospective foreign contract workers and labor agents will participate in the training and learn about their individual rights and responsibilities during the hiring process.

With Facilities
Suppliers are provided with a digital training tool that emphasizes the same topics from the labor agency training while focusing more on workplace policies and dialogue including grievance channels such as the zero-tolerance policy against retaliation. The training is available to all employees – from management and floor supervisors to local and foreign contract workers.
