Training reduces the risks of human rights violations, improves workers' wellbeing, and prevents adverse impacts on human rights. It promotes trustworthy and close relationships with partners, enhancing collaboration. The trainings are specifically designed for workers and management level at all levels, with training content tailored and adapted to your country's context and labor standards. You will take two trainings within the scope of this project.

Ethical Employment

The Ethical Employment training aims to eliminate forced labor in supply chains worldwide, focusing on awareness, ethical recruitment, and employment, with a special emphasis on migrant workers.

Equality, Safety and Respect

The Equality, Safety, and Respect training is designed to promote an equal and respectful workplace in global supply chains and beyond with knowledge and access to female (and male role models, leadership skills, digital literacy, equal opportunity, and more).

The Quizrr Training

Quizrr offers an engaging learning experience through interactive digital content, games, live-action videos, and quiz questions in local languages. It provides an enjoyable and efficient way to educate workers on their basic rights and responsibilities. With Quizrr, you can easily train your workforce, monitor progress on the online dashboard, and foster stronger engagement with your workers.

Implement the Quizrr digital training in five easy steps for a successful learning journey.

1. Create an implementation team

Put together a team of dedicated managers and employees who will be programme champions! Explain the goals and benefits of the programme and empower them to share the information (key dates, how to participate) with their colleagues. Check in with them periodically and support them in their efforts.

2. Complete self-onboarding registration and pre-deployment activities

Please ensure that all facilities use the self-onboarding link share by MANGO to register to our platform. In addition, keep key dates top of mind and promote the surveys and training in the days leading up to the launch. Share the key messages of participation: it is free and anonymous! Remember to encourage workers to participate early!

3. Attend onboarding sessions

Onboarding sessions will be hosted by Quizrr. Please join these to understand how the survey and training will work, what types of results you might expect, and how to engage and empower your workers to share their voice!

4. Set training plans to meet targets

Please create and follow a training plan closely to ensure everyone will have access to the training. If needed, Quizrr can support your implementation team with developing a training plan to ensure you meet your training targets in a timely manner without jeopardizing your production targets.

5. Be transparent and follow-up through dashboards

Access the Quizrr dashboard to check in with your participation rate and review employee survey responses and training results. Be transparent and upfront when anticipating any challenges and flag them during the regular touch base with MANGO & Quizrr Team.
