Efficient Training for Facilities
Quizrr’s training program is simple, flexible, and accessible. Available in multiple languages, it combines short videos with quizzes to provide key knowledge on focus topics.
Highlights:
• Structure: 3-4 modules, 15-20 minutes per module, approximately 1 hour in total.

How to Get Started
Facilities are invited to join group introductory sessions hosted by Quizrr to understand how the training will work, what results you may expect, and how to engage and empower your workers. Otto Group Business Partners are invited to optionally attend the webinars as well.
The webinars are organized per country and in batches. The introduction webinar for the first batch is scheduled for December 2024/January 2025.
Business partners will receive a link to the self-on-boarding for selected facilities. Only selected facilities are to participate in the training.
Now each facility is ready to train!
Quizrr will support sites to track progress and review training performance and results.
The toolkit includes resources for management to prepare and facilitate training.

- An introduction webinar (about 60mins)
- 1 hour of paid time is required for each worker on site to complete the training (this time can be split into 4 x 15mins slots if preferred)
- Access to tablets*, smartphones and/or desktop computers for all workers.
- Time to review progress and remind workers to complete the training, easily done using Quizrr’s dashboard
We encourage business partners to support their facilitiess’ workforce to attend the proposed training as much as possible. However, we expect 100% of the relevant management and at a minimum 10% of workers to attend the selected training (see above).
We recommend an HR manager lead, or the person/team responsible for RBP compliance onsite.
Yes. Quizrr complies with all local and global data privacy laws, including GDPR. You can rest assured workers' personal data is protected during and after the pilot.
- As part of our Responsibility strategy, starting in 2025, we are looking for new ways to promote capacity development as a lever for positive change in workers’ lives in our supply chains.
- Together with our partners, we strive to engage with workers to encourage dialogue and engagement. The Quizrr training does not eliminate the need for business partners and their facilities to train workers themselves, on RBP topics or other topics but it provides a learning opportunity for all of us.
- The courses have been developed by experts in social responsibility topics, as well as in e-learning technology and gamification
- Training is based on short film dramas, followed by quiz questions. The films cover real-life situations in factories, always in the local language and setting
- All training results are saved and displayed on a web portal, making it possible for suppliers and brands to measure and share progress
- Training programmes aim to improve worker-manager relations, create stability and establish relationships and trust with the brand, which may lead to new business opportunities
