The Why

Amazon is committed to conducting our business in a lawful and responsible manner, including engaging with suppliers that respect human rights, provide safe and inclusive workplaces, and promote a sustainable future.

We set a high bar for ourselves and our suppliers. Our Supply Chain Standards detail the requirements and expectations for our suppliers, their supply chains, and selling partners who list products in our stores. They are grounded in principles of inclusivity, continuous improvement, and supply chain accountability. We engage with suppliers that are committed to these same principles, and suppliers commit to these standards as a condition of doing business with us.

Amazon has partnered with Quizrr to provide a capacity building program that aims to eliminate risks and elevate supply chain performance. As a vital part of Amazon's supply chain, this program is mandatory for all partners.

This training program will help you better understand Amazon’s Supply Chain Standards and ethical employment practices. Amazon operates on a policy of continuous improvement, and our goal with this training program is to help us to better work together as we strive to always put the interests of workers first.

3 Steps to Get Started

1. Keep an eye on your email inbox, you will receive an invite from Quizrr to start your training.

2. Download Quizrr's smartphone app, available on AppStore and Google Play Store.

3. Scan the QR code in the invite through Quizrr's smartphone app.

About the program

The program consists of short videos, followed by quizzes. The Ethical Employment Program consists of three modules, aiming to provide you on useful knowledge on Recruitment practices; Workplace policies; Workplace dialogue.

What You Need to Know

Please download the Quizrr App to your smartphone via Google Play or AppStore. Keep an eye out in your email inbox for an email with an invite to start your training.

During your training you can follow your program progress and performance in the app. However, the training is not a test, and the data is entirely confidential.

Anonymous collective training data is uploaded to the Quizrr online dashboard, available for Amazon to use to understand trends and patterns throughout the supply chain.

Your privacy is protected and all personal data is anonymized. All training results are saved only on a collective level, where no individual results can be identified.

Please answer all questions in the training based on your understanding – it is not a test. Quizrr is a digital training, not an audit.
