Participating in this program will enable your entire workforce to benefit from comprehensive capacity-building and digital training interventions. The capacity-building program(s) that you have been requested to participate in have been selected in response to specific risks identified at your site. The aim is to provide targeted, practical support to help you effectively address those risks.
We firmly believe that this initiative will strengthen workplace dialogue, foster long-term behavioral change, and promote supply chain responsibility beyond compliance. Our goal is to build an engaged and empowered workforce capable of driving sustainable improvements across the supply chain, ensuring lasting and meaningful impact.
Program Overview
This program is specifically designed for workers and management level at all levels, with training content tailored and adapted to your country's context and labor standards, covering topics such as Ethical Employment, Rights and Responsibilities, Occupational Safety and Health, and Equality, Safety, and Respect.
The digital training modules can be conveniently accessed via tablets, desktops, and smartphones (offline or online).
The Quizrr Training
Quizrr offers an engaging learning experience through interactive digital content, games, live-action videos, and quiz questions in local languages. It provides an enjoyable and efficient way to educate workers on their basic rights and responsibilities. With Quizrr, you can easily train your workforce, monitor progress on the online dashboard, and foster stronger engagement with your workers.

Quizrr’s training platform is designed for accessibility and impact. With gamified modules and a user-friendly approach, it enables all participants—regardless of literacy level or digital experience—to effectively engage and gain actionable knowledge.
It allows workers to train at scale and allow trainings to be tracked om a digital dashboard anonymously. Once you’ve registered onto the dashboard, you will have access to your training library
The length of the training depends on the specific program assigned. Most training modules take approximately 45-60 minutes to complete.
We encourage all managers and workers to take the digital training.
This training has been allocated in response to the risks identified in your audit results. Rather than focusing solely on compliance, it forms part of a broader support approach to help you effectively address these areas for improvement. Building awareness for workers on their rights at work and equipping managers with practical tools and guidance to strengthen workplace dialogue, reduce risks, and support long-term, sustainable progress in the workplace.
The training period is valid 3 months from the date of the webinar.
You can easily track your training progress and performance from the dashboard by downloading the Training Progress Report or Digital Training Report. You will find the instructions on how to download these reports in our training manual and during the kick-off webinar.
The Quizrr training for workers and managers uses short videos and interactive quiz questions to reinforce learning and support knowledge retention. Our training programs are grounded in internationally recognized frameworks, standards, and best practices (including the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights [UNGPs], International Labour Organization [ILO] Standards, and key United Nations Conventions) while also drawing on insights from local subject matter experts. Yes, managers can review worker level of the training. This can ensure managers are familiar and informed about the training topic and can support workers with any questions they may have.
The training license is valid for 12 months from the date your organisation is registered in the dashboard and is fully funded by Danone.
