Our Strategy
The last-mile delivery industry is facing significant social and environmental challenges. As demand for faster, more convenient deliveries grows, the industry must address issues related to worker conditions, sustainability, and operational efficiency to remain competitive while meeting ethical and environmental responsibilities.
Together, Quizrr and Airmee are partnering to develop and launch a dedicated program for the Last Mile industry. This initiative aims to educate carriers and drivers about their rights, responsibilities, and opportunities, empowering them to positively impact the industry while fostering a more sustainable and fair working environment in the Nordics.
Why Quizrr
Quizrr is a global platform for digital training on human rights, working conditions, and corporate responsibility — with over 850,000 workers trained in global value chains. For this initiative, Quizrr offers tailored training modules covering labor rights, non-discrimination, working hours, safety, and environmental responsibility, all adapted to Nordic laws and the transport sector.
Program Overview
The Code of Conduct training program is designed to enhance a respectful and fair work environment that is safe and inclusive. It was created to support all companies with a Supplier Code of Conduct in educating value chain stakeholders (such as management and workers across the value chain) on how to uphold this expectation, as well as how to obtain the rights set out under them. The digital training modules can be conveniently accessed via tablets, desktops, and smartphones.

It provides an enjoyable and efficient way to educate workers on their basic rights and responsibilities. 2. Read the Self-Onboarding Manual attached via email.
3. Complete the Self-Onboarding process to gain access to the Dashboard.
