


Program Introduction
Capability building tailored for Thailand suppliers
AIM-Progress, a leader in responsible sourcing and Fast-Moving Consumer Goods space, is collaborating with sponsoring brands (Unilever, Mars, and Nestle) to roll out a capability building program in Thailand. The program, which runs from August 2024 to March 2025, will be run by the International Organization for Migration (IOM) in partnership with Quizrr.
Blended learning
The training will include a series of webinars and one in-person event (14 November 2024 in Bangkok), featuring guest speakers from government, the private sector and civil society and brand-supplier networking opportunities. Additionally, some suppliers will have access to Quizrr’s digital training tools, accessible via our app, tablets, or desktops, to facilitate effective learning and implementation. All training sessions and materials will be in Thai to ensure clarity and engagement.
Purpose and goals
The training aims to equip suppliers with essential knowledge and tools for implementing human rights due diligence (HRDD), and understanding responsible recruitment and grievance management in Thailand.
Suppliers will gain:
o Deeper understanding on the concept, business case, and implementation of HRDD
o Increased awareness of forced labor trade bans and its impacts on suppliers
o Knowledge of practical examples, best practices and lessons learned on HRDD, grievance and responsible recruitment to inspire learning and action

Quizrr Webinar
From September to January 2024, the program will offer a series of webinars covering key concepts around the topics of HRDD, Responsible Recruitment and Grievance. The webinars will include guest speakers from different backgrounds (e.g. private sector, government civil society etc.). Each webinar is 1:30 hrs. long and attendance is mandatory. Recordings are available on this resource page (see “Recordings on Demand” below).

Quizrr Digital
Quizrr’s app will be used to reinforce learning gained through the webinars and in-person event. The app allows for gamified learning through a combination of live action films, infographics and quiz questions. Each participant can choose to complete Quizrr’s training programs independently on their smartphones. The learning journey can also be shared with other managers at your work.
