Capability building tailored for Mexico suppliers
AIM-Progress is a forum of 40+ leading Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) companies and suppliers. Together with our partner Quizrr, we invite you to this training for suppliers operating in Mexico and supplying to the sponsoring companies.
Blended learning
AIM-Progress members, in partnership with Quizrr are collaborating to deliver joint supplier capability building events to provide information, resources and tools to ensure suppliers understand and comply with due diligence and responsible sourcing requirements. The events are organized by webinar, with one in person event and supported by digital EdTech tools. This engaging and flexible training program will run from September 2023 to April 2024 with approximately 80 suppliers from the FMCG sector.
Purpose and goals
AIM-Progress wants to raise the bar for responsible sourcing in the FMCG branded goods supply chain. Building capability of all supply chain actors to enhance their responsible sourcing practices to take care of the people in their value chains is a key driver. After this training you will have a holistic understanding of how to identify and address critical social risks in your operations and supply chain. You will also benefit from exposure to a regional network of experts on key topics including the Mexico Labor Law Reform.
About Your Blended Learning Program
Quizrr in-person training (23 January 2024)
This one-day in-person supplier event, sponsored by AIM Progress members, and facilitated by Quizrr, is open to suppliers operating in Mexico and supplying to the sponsoring companies. It will feature interactive and engaging sessions to foster peer learning and supplier-centric solutions to prevent and mitigate the risk forced & child labor & understand how to comply with the Mexico Labor Law Reform.

Quizrr Webinar
Quizrr will host webinars to educate, involve and inspire with tailor made content to the target audience. The webinars will include guest speakers, tapping into Quizrr’s rich network of experts to learn from. Webinars will be approximately 2 hrs. in length and will provide an opportunity to dive deeper into responsible business topics.

Quizrr Digital
Quizrr’s app will be used to reinforce learning gained through the webinars and in-person event. The app allows for gamified learning through a combination of live action films, infographics and quiz questions. Each participant can choose to complete Quizrr’s training programs independently on their smartphones. The learning journey can also be shared with other managers at your work.

This webinar will cover key topics such as key concepts related to freedom of association and collective bargaining, roles and responsibilities, prevention of interference and discrimination, elections, the role of social dialogue and grievance and complaint mechanisms. This webinar will complement a deeper dive into the Mexico Labor Law reform at the in-person event in October

This webinar will raise awareness on working hours, regulations, the physical effects of working too much overtime, and compensation on overtime. It will also cover issues around wages, calculations non-monetary benefits. The Wage management training introduces wage management systems, employment benefits and career opportunities to encourage a more stable and motivated workforce.

The program is a blended learning training program, meaning it is a combination of webinars, digital training via Quizrr's app and an in-person event.
Anonymous collective training data is uploaded to the Quizrr online dashboard, available for AIM-Progress to use to understand trends and patterns from the digital training.
