Have you ever experienced a distinct feeling of before and after? That's exactly how I felt upon returning to Sweden after spending 11 days in Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.

During my time there, I witnessed several "pinch me" moments. From watching operators, managers, janitors, and even our very own Sweden-Saudi Trade Commissioner at the Embassy take our digital trainings on responsible recruitment practices, to working with leading companies who strive to change societal norms and empower people from the bottom up.

It's a well-known fact that the high concentration of people migrating for work in the Middle East makes them exponentially more vulnerable and exposed to risks of forced labor. However, we are dedicated to changing this by implementing social governance and fair recruitment practices at scale.

Education and access to knowledge are fundamental human rights, and it's an honor to be a part of the transformational journey that this region is embarking on. I am inspired by the opportunity to work with companies who not only influence their own ecosystem but also strive to create a better world for everyone.
