Digital Wages training
The transition from cash to responsible digital wage payments seeks to enable millions of workers around the world to have better control over their wages and benefits. Quizrr, in collaboration with BSR HERproject, has developed a Digital Wages training program that equips workers with essential knowledge on financial services, planning, budgets, and savings. Key findings from the training:
- 1/5 workers started saving regularly
- 59% reduction in admin when processing salaries etc.
- 1/5 women making joint decisions about spending
- 1/8 women have increased confidence in meeting unexpected expenses
